چکیده
Rapidly developing technology has offered different alternatives to human beings and the main target of those been respond needs. In this process, use become widespread, but it brought some problems due individual differences, digital competencies generational differences. Conducting an effective process in solving also increased importance "Human - Computer Interaction" workspace. It’s not possible evaluate users as uniform scope. Undoubtedly, computer interaction, user is often assumed be "human." Cognitive modeling practices have started associated with many fields, from fields psychology, engineering sciences economics. Over 80% articles major theoretical journals Science include cognitive modeling. This research provided by 10 participants, 4 male 6 female who actively Garanti BBVA Bank mobile application. Accordingly, problem prediction on whether CogTool tool makes a true accurate participants performing tasks line tasks. KLM, GOMS other models are similar efficient mean exclude application was investigated. According results; average time perform Task 1- 5.54 sec lowest 4.14 highest 6.69 sec, for 2- 8.67 7.59 9.45 3- 11.60 10.62 13.21 sec. Respectively, estimates performed were 6.1 secs 1, 9.9 2 12.1 3. difference between real-time experience predictions measured 0.56 1.23 0.50 light findings, it’s seen predicts results minor rate error compared assigned

Usability Problems Experienced by Elderly Users in Home Healthcare Systems
Several research papers have presented crucial work on the needed functionality of home healthcare systems as well as on methods for evaluating the usability of such systems. There is also considerable work on usability problems experienced with systems that are targeted at medical staff. Yet, much less effort has been devoted to identification of usability problems in systems targeted at elder...
متن کاملExpected usability is not a valid indicator of experienced usability
Usability is a core construct of website evaluation and inherently defined as interactive. Yet, when analysing first impressions of websites, expected usability, i.e., before use, is of interest. Here we investigate to what extend ratings of expected usability are related to (a) experienced usability, i.e., ratings after use, and (b) objective usability measures, i.e., task performance. Further...
متن کاملComparing Helicopter Interfaces with CogTool
The Common Cockpit program for the Navy’s new helicopters specifies a single cockpit interface for diverse helicopters. This single interface supports different helicopters through the use of programmable keysets. One significant difference between two particular keysets, as currently implemented in the MH-60S (Sierra) and MH-60R (Romeo), is the manner of alphanumeric data entry. The Sierra off...
متن کاملEye tracking in usability research: What users really see
This paper discusses how eye tracking can be used to supplement usability testing and intends to identify best practice about eye tracking in its scientific and practical sense, especially as applied to commercial usability engineering practice.
متن کاملApplying Web Usability Criteria for Vision-Impaired Users: Does It Really Improve Task Performance?
Available accessibility guidelines do not necessarily guarantee usable web sites, in particular when specific groups of users with special needs are considered. We have identified 15 Web design criteria aiming to provide integrated support of accessibility and usability for vision-impaired users. In this paper, we present the results of a study investigating whether the application of such guid...
